On Launch Services you describe what you are building. Our AI reads the brief and suggests specialists from the Catalyst roster, each with a credit price. You pick one and start the project; nothing is charged until you do.

Accelerate lists packages with a set scope and a set credit price, such as a Recommendation Engine for 800 credits. Choose a specialist who offers the package and start it; there is no brief to write and no quote to wait for.

Credits can be used for any project type: MVPs, AI models, data pipelines, mobile apps, dashboards, and more. You see the exact credit cost before committing to any project.

10 credits = €1.00 (euros). Prices are shown in the currency you pick in the header, converted from the euro base rate at market exchange rates that we refresh once every 24 hours (if the rate source is unavailable, the last rates we received stay in use), and rounded to a clean figure; the amount you pay is the amount shown.

Open your wallet and choose Add Credits, then pay by Visa or Mastercard. Every purchase is one-time: there are no subscriptions and nothing is charged automatically.

No. Your launch credits never expire. Keep them in reserve and use them whenever you need to accelerate your next project.

Discounts apply automatically: 3% off for 500-999 credits, 8% off for 1000-2499 credits, and 15% off for 2500+ credits. The more you buy, the more you save. A custom amount can be €1 to €20,000, or its equivalent in the currency you pick at the day's rate, with the upper limit rounded down to a round figure so it never exceeds €20,000.

Credits are charged when you hire a specialist and the project starts; they are not held in escrow until you approve the result. If you are not happy with the delivered work, email support@catalystai.expert within 7 days of completion. We review it with you and the specialist and offer a revision, a new specialist, or a full or partial credit refund (Refund Policy, section 5). The specialist earns 80% of the project's credits once the work is delivered.

Yes. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, to the card you paid with. Email support@catalystai.expert to ask.

Every project has its own page in your dashboard (Tasks) with a chat. The brief, messages and status all live there.

Suggestions you have not hired appear as Pending on your Mission Board; Withdraw removes them and nothing is charged. For a project in progress, use Request cancellation on its card (or email support). We reply on the project card: all credits come back if no work has started, otherwise a share for the work done.

Choose Become a Specialist and complete the application: your profile and hourly rate, experience and services, identity details, and the Specialist Agreement.

You earn 80% of the credits a buyer spends on a task you deliver; Catalyst keeps 20%. A specialist's share becomes payable once the buyer has paid for the task and the specialist has delivered it. Payouts are currently checked and sent by hand by our operations team, not split automatically at the moment of purchase, so do not rely on a payout arriving instantly.
