2. How to Cancel a Service

To cancel an ongoing service:

• Contact support@catalystai.expert with your order reference
• Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours
• Credits are returned to your wallet immediately upon cancellation approval

3. What Happens to Your Credits

If a service is cancelled before completion, or a specialist fails to deliver:

• Full credit refund if no work has commenced
• Proportional credit refund based on work completed
• Option to request a cash refund within 14 days of cancellation
• Right to request a different specialist at no additional cost

Cash refunds of returned credits (rather than keeping them as wallet balance) follow the same eligibility, timeline, and process as any other refund — see our Refund Policy §3–4 for details.

4. Cancelling as a Specialist

If you are a specialist ("Founder") and need to cancel or withdraw from a task you have accepted, contact support@catalystai.expert as soon as possible so we can notify the buyer and process their credit return under §3 above. Repeated or late cancellations may affect your specialist standing per the Specialist Agreement §7 (Conduct and Quality).

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before taking effect.
